Our tutors are experts in their field and have been chosen carefully for their ability to transfer knowledge and skills, to a learner and to help them develop their competencies.

All our programmes will commence with an induction where the tutor will outline what is expected of learners and what learners can expect from the organisation.

We will provide each Learner with a QQI Learner handbook and a comprehensive learner manual covering all the learning outcomes of the programme. In addition, learners will receive a portfolio of assessment outlining the assessment methods of the programme.

To actively participate in the programme, to contribute positively to the group.

To carry out a substantial amount of self-directed learning.

Gain at least 40 hours work experience in a supervised setting.

A minimum of 90% attendance to complete the programme.

Completion of the Assessments on time.
